Shipping & Handling

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days.
  • Transit Time: 5 – 10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Return requests must be made within 7 days for unused items in their original packaging. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, software, and custom products.
  • Process: Contact us at sales@omnidataplus.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping unless it’s our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Refunds: Once your return is inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, minus shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof. We’ll assess and issue a return confirmation number if needed.
  • Please don’t return items without a return confirmation number. Compensation is based on damage or error.
